女人島故事是阿美族海祭的源由，在沒有文字的時代，神話故事都是由耆老代代口傳給子孫，這是責任也是教養。
我試想在非常遙遠的未來，有一位孩子翻閱著無字繪本，耳機傳遞著父親與我的聲音，播放的是阿美族語交錯國語的故事，娃娃的血緣已經混雜到無法辨識，依然可以徜徉在豐富的想像世界。
The origin of the Amis ocean festival comes from the story of Women island. In an era without written language, myths and stories were passed on orally from generations to generations by elders. it’s not just responsibility but education as well.
I imagine that in the distant future, a child is flipping through a picture book .The earphones play the story of the Amis interleaved with Mandarin.
Mixed blood relation of the child couldn’t be identified, but he still floating through the magnificent imaginary world.
